Covid-19 Updates
Dear valued patient,
In an effort to support national efforts to fight the Covid-19 pandemic, our practice is taking the following steps to help assure the health and well being of our community:
Thorough disinfection and strict cleaning standards before and after patients.
To observe social distancing practices, patients will be 6ft distance within the office with minimal waiting room time.
Your temperature will be checked at the front door.
Prior to your appointment, you will receive a call from one of our staff members to check in on your health status.
All staff will wear personal protective equipment (PPE) that is safe for you and the team.
Reducing aerosols by using alternate, less spray inclined procedures recommended by the ADA guidelines.
We are observing strict in-office Covid-19 guidelines from the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and American Dental Association (ADA).
We are honored to be your provider of choice and are doing everything possible to continually earn your trust and ensure you receive the highest quality care and service.
An important message about upcoming appointments
Please wear a mask when you enter the office and while you are in the waiting room. Dr. Hayashi and staff will advise you when it’s okay to remove and share your smile with us.
If you have been in close contact with a confirmed coronavirus case or are currently having respiratory symptoms, seek medical advice from your general doctor. If your symptoms are severe, you should seek emergency care right away.
